The 6th grade lunchtime intramural basketball league has kicked off the season. We have four teams, playing 4 on 4 each day during recess. Over 15 high schools from around New York visited 131 at our annual high school fair. Students got the chance to speak with guidance counselors, students and principals from the various schools. The 8th Grade visited Governor’s Island in New York Harbor to kick of the year, help build relationships between teachers and students and have some fun. The weather held out, and everyone will surely sleep well after the walking, biking and playing! 6th and 7th are coming up later this week!
