Today, the author Thanhha Lai, the author of inside out a back again, visited 8th grade students. 8th graders read her first novel, Inside Out and Back Again in class. The book is about a Vietnamese refugee who resettles in Alabama. Ms. Lai shared about her life as author, her writing process and answered tons of questions about her book.
