On June 1st and June 2nd, 601, 602 and 603 (split into two groups) visited the Egyptian Wing of the Metropolitan Museum of Art as a part of their study of Egyptian society. They completed a scavenger hunt while exploring the mummies, tombs, statues and all the glory of the Egyptians!

As a part of their first photography project, the Photo Enrichment students (6th grade) visited the “Hands” exhibition at Carriage Trade, a gallery located on Grand Street. Gallery owner Peter Scott, gave them a tour and spoke to them about the photos and the power of gesture in photography.
